Full System Deployment

Per CT (EDS) site, one workstation is deployed to perform the 3-D automatic threat detection and Electronic Unpacking for initial screening. An instance of TeleInspection Client in the local workstation allows local screener to request the expert-on-demand (EoD) service, to communicate to the first available remote expert. The centralized TeleInspection Server (TIS) manages and directs all network communication. All CT installations in terminals at all airports can be equipped with such workstations for access to remote experts. This architecture can be applied to all airports, seaports, and in fact, all facilities with EDS. Other users, with appropriate clearances, may also access the system.
