Open Architecture (OA) by TeleSecurity Sciences (TSS)
TSS OA Workflow Sequence:
Scanner: push DICOS images to the PACS Server
ATR (Automated Threat Recognition): push ATR Threat Detection Report (ATDR) to the PACS Server.
PVS (Primary Viewing Station): push Operator Threat Detection Report (OTDR) to the PACS Server.
SVS (Secondary Viewing Station): push OTDR to the PACS Server.
NOTE: Common Workstation (CW) can be used in place of PVS and SVS.
Benefits:
Plug in any supported scanner, ATR, PVS, or SVS for enhanced security, throughput, and passenger experience.
Archive all image and TDR data (both ATR and PVS results) to continuously improve ATR and PVS/SVS performance—unlike legacy architectures that discard valuable data, which increases long-term operational and upgrade costs.
How do we achieve TSS OA quickly?
Integrate the Common Workstation (with PACS) with an OEM scanner. The system is now OA.
TSS has done this with one OEM, and the integration was completed in a few days.
